Introduction of Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Vertical Lathe£º
1. The Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Vertical Lathe's workbench and workbench base adopt an integral casting thermosymmetric structure, the main shaft bearing adopts a high-precision double-row short cylindrical ball bearing, and the workbench guide adopts a constant current pressure guide rail.
2. The Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Vertical Lathe closes the gantry frame structure through finite element analysis and calculation, so that the machine tool can reach the best stress state.
3. The horizontal movement of the vertical tool rest adopts the sliding guide rail or the constant current static pressure guide rail, and the vertical movement adopts the sliding guide rail or the rolling sliding guide rail. Jinhua is driven by AC servo motor and driven by ball screw.
4. The main drive of the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Vertical Lathe machine is driven by a DC motor, and the required speed of the worktable is achieved through two-speed mechanical speed change.
5. The numerical control system adopts Siemens, Fanuc or Fagor system.
